You may return unused, undamaged, unwashed merchandise (tag must be attached) within 30 days of receiving your package to qualify for a product exchange or refund. 

We offer FREE, pre-paid shipping on both returns and exchanges. Free shipping only applies to your first exchange, however.

If the item is worn, washed, damaged, or in a condition that does not allow us to resell, the customer will be contacted directly to resolve the matter.
